BONDI PENTHOUSE

The brief for our Bondi Penthouse project was two luxury apartments, one being a two story penthouse. The client wanted high end luxury but also warmth, unique bespoke finishes and to appeal to a sophisticated clientele.

Our office was to document and draw all interiors including, joinery, stair details, selection of all finishes and fixtures, lighting and to completely furnish the penthouse. The client had complete trust in our design and selection process and gave us full reign to bring our vision to fruition.

We endeavoured to create warm colours of joinery and stone against a cool backdrop of crisp white. The stone risers on the stairs were mirrored in the bathroom stone. The combinations were considered to appeal to buyers of any ages or demographic. Quality and unique combinations were paramount.

Both apartments are identical in finishes and fit out with the penthouse having an extra master bedroom, wardrobe and ensuite as well as a media room/ study capturing views over Bondi Beach.
